It is possible to share the results of the HortiFootprint Calculator with other growers and/or parties. The condition is that the other party has an account in the online environment of LetsGrow.com. By inviting a grower, you keep control over who can see your results.
How to share the HortiFootprint Calculcator ‘LCA-module’
Sign in to LetsGrow.com. On the left side of the screen, you'll see a menu. The button shown in the orange arrow in the screen below will take you to the overview of all the modules you purchase at LetsGrow.com. This is also the case with the module of the HortiFootprint Calculator LCA Dashboard. This is displayed under the name 'HortiFootprint Calculator – LCA'.
Click on the arrow (>) in the line of the HortiFootprint Calculator – LCA.
2. Click on the three dots at the end of the line of your company's HortiFootprint Calculator module.
3. Click on 'Share module'.
After clicking on 'Share module', the above screen opens. In this screen you will find an overview of all users of your module.
4. Your company's HortiFootprint Calculator module is now checked.
5. Click on the 'Share module(s)' button next to the search bar (see orange arrow in the screen above).
6. A pop-up window will open. Click on 'Add user(s)' (see orange arrow in the screen above).
7. Now enter a name that is recognizable to yourself for the party you are going to share with, e.g. the name of the company.
8. Then enter the email address of the person you want to invite to share your data with.
9. The checkmark 'Give user manual import rights' is left empty.
10. Click the Add User button (see orange arrow).
You will now see an overview of users you are going to invite to share your HortiFootprint Calculator LCA dashboard module.
11. You can repeat steps 7 to 10 if you want to add someone else to share the data with. If not, move on to the next step.
12. Click on the 'Share module(s)' button
Done! You have now shared the HortiFootprint Calculator LCA module with the party(ies) you invited.
The invited party will now receive an email like the one in the example below.
The code from this email can only be activated once, after which the code expires.
Activating shared dashboard code in LetsGrow.com
1.In the menu on the left side of the screen, go to 'settings'.
2. Click on 'User Management'
3. Click on 'Modules'
4. Click on 'Activate a module'
5. Enter the verification code provided in the invitation email.
6. Click "Verify Code."
Done! In the dashboard of the HortiFootprint Calculator you can now also view the newly shared dashboard.
