From the company dashboard, go to Locations → Energy Meters (or Water Meters).
It is necessary to create a separate meter for each energy stream and each source of water application.
Click on Water Meters or Energy Meters, then click on + Meter.
For Energy, the meters are divided into three tabs: Electricity, Gas, and Heat.
For Water, there is only one tab.
Next, go through all the steps. The following explanation may be useful:
You can register per individual meter (select per meter) or calculate the total of all meters within one category yourself and register it in one go (choose total in that case).
You can choose to enter meter readings. In that case, you set an initial reading, and each time you register, you enter the new meter reading. The system will calculate the consumption. For this option, select Meter readings.
If you calculate the consumption manually, choose Consumption.
It is also possible to register based on an invoice. In that case, select Consumption per meter and Consumption. On the invoice date, you can then enter the consumptions from the invoice.
