Within the MPS certification schemes, it is possible to request an exemption in exceptional cases. This means that in certain situations you may receive an exception to one or more requirements or obligations.
You can submit a request for an exemption via the Messenger in the Customer Portal. Scroll down in the Messenger and you will find the link to the exemptions section.
If you have submitted an exemption request, you can also track the status and progress of your application in the Customer Portal.
