Setting up a cultivation plan

To set up the cultivation plan, it is necessary that the surface area in the location questionnaire is filled in correctly. Once this is done, click on “Cultivation plan” on the tile of the relevant location.

Create plots

You can decide how to divide your location yourself:

  • You can create your entire cultivation area as one single plot

  • Or create separate plots per section, greenhouse, field, etc.

Click on + Plot.

A pop-up will appear where you can enter the plot details:

  • Choose whether the surface type is indoor or outdoor

  • Give the plot a name

  • Select the unit of measurement

  • Enter the surface area

  • The start date must match the start date in the location questionnaire

  • You do not need to fill in an end date

Click Save.

Add crops to the cultivation plan

Create crops

After creating all plots, you need to add the crops you grow.

Click on + Crop.

  • Search for the relevant crop

  • You can also select a crop group if you grow many small quantities

  • Select the crop category and cultivation method

Additional options:

  • If you grow the crop as starting material for another grower, select Yes

  • If it is for an end product, select No

  • Set Hidden to No
(If you stop growing this crop later, you can hide it)

  • Choose a color to recognize the crop in the plan

Click Save and repeat for all crops.

Assign crops to plots

When finished, assign crops to plots:

  • Drag a crop onto a plot

  • A pop-up will appear

Fill in:

  • A description/name

  • A start date (and optionally an end date)

  • The surface area
(Note: this may never exceed the plot size)

Additional fields:

  • If starting material comes from an MPS-ABC certified grower, enter the same area under ABC starting material. This can provide up to 10 additional points for your qualification.

  • If the grower does not have ABC but has another certificate, use FSI environmental starting material This can provide up to 5 additional points for your qualification.

  • If both ABC and another certificate (e.g. GAP) apply → choose ABC starting material

Completion

Once all plots are filled, your cultivation plan is complete.

⚠️ If there are changes, you must update the cultivation plan immediately.
