When is a period retrieved automatically?
At the end of a period, we automatically retrieve your registrations, provided there are registrations of crop protection products or fertilizers in that period.
Where can I see whether my period has been retrieved?
Go to the registration environment and open the period overview.
In the Status column you can see whether the period has been retrieved or not. In the Remarks column you can see when it was retrieved.
I have no registrations for this period
If you have no registrations of crop protection products or fertilizers in a period, set “Period completed” to Yes.
We will then retrieve the period without registrations.
If you do not do this, the period will not be retrieved and no qualification will be issued.
Help! I am not up to date with my registrations
No problem. If you are behind with your registrations, set the option to No.
We will then not retrieve the period yet, and you can still update your registrations.
I forgot to indicate that the period could be retrieved
You can still submit periods up to 13 periods
Click Yes, and we will recalculate your qualification during the next night.
I entered something incorrectly in my usage — how can I adjust this?
If your usage has not yet been blocked, for example due to an audit, you can still make changes.
Find the relevant application and click the pencil icon next to it. You will then enter the registration.
You can make the required changes and save them again.
If the application has already been retrieved by MPS at an earlier stage, MPS will recognize the change and retrieve and overwrite it again during the next night.
I cannot submit my period after updating my registrations
This is correct: if you have made a registration, MPS will always retrieve the data.
If you registered today, the data will be retrieved the next day.
